In this challenging period and whilst we navigate the uncertainty of COVID-19, I wanted to assure you that the IMImobile Group is committed to supporting your business throughout the course of this pandemic and providing continuity of service at all times. We recognise and understand that, for many of you, we provide critical customer communication services that drive operational efficiencies and customer service.

We have been monitoring this rapidly evolving situation closely, reviewing guidance from a number of international and domestic authorities and have enacted policies in accordance with what we believe is currently best practice.

We have instituted a number of measures that protect the interests of our employees and clients. We have enacted policies that allow for secure yet remote and flexible working as well as advising employees that show any signs of illness to self-isolate. We have also put restrictions in place for non-critical business travel and are rescheduling customer and internal meetings to video or phone calls and limiting in-person meetings where possible. We have also reviewed the business continuity plans of key suppliers to ensure that systems and escalation processes are sufficiently robust.

We are confident in our ability to continue servicing customers throughout the period and deploying the projects we are currently committed to without any delay.

As a valued partner of the Group, I also wanted you to know that we are ready to support any additional or business continuity requirements you have in order to better communicate with your customers or employees. We have a range of cloud-based, customer communication products that will allow emergency communication broadcasts to be sent across any channel (email, voice, sms, WhatsApp etc) as well as tools to help automate or divert customer service calls. We also have a distributed contact centre solution for home and location independent contact centre agents as well as virtual solutions to provide video assistance over both web and mobile browsers. You may well have access to some of this software already but require additional training to fully benefit from it. We are ready to provide this as well as the people and services to support where needed across our product portfolio.
