SVP Business Development
Thomas Boesen is responsible for sales and business development across Europe, North America and LATAM with a special focus on the operator side of the business. Joining IMImobile in 2012, Thomas left his position as Chief Commercial Officer at the handset manufacturer Mobilewire. He worked for 10 years at Ericsson, most recently as Director of Sales in Ericsson Mobile Platforms where he was responsible for one of the largest Customer Business Units. Thomas has a Master of Science from the technical university in Denmark (DTU) and holds a MBA from INSEAD.
SVP - Solutions Sales
Andrew joined the group in 2005 and was previously focused on working across IMImobile’s operator sector, helping these clients to acquire, grow and retain customers and revenues through multi-channel communication. Holding a degree from Brunel University, prior to IMImobile Andrew held sales leadership positions in digital imaging, video broadcasting and ecommerce businesses. He is now focused on developing IMImobile’s enterprise business, helping clients across a range of industry verticals to leverage mobile to grow market share, increase revenues and improve operational efficiencies.

Alex has been with the Company for 8 years, in a number of sales and operational roles. He now leads the Banking and Financial Services sector, managing IMImobile’s services and relationships with major financial institutions around the globe. Alex has worked in mobile technology since leaving Nottingham University, starting his career in Ericsson designing 3G networks and was responsible for Ericsson’s content business in the UK.

VP Sales and Operations, APAC
Chaitanya joined IMImobile in 2003 as a senior manager of the content and operations team. Continuously working to enhance IMImobile’s content propositions and grow the merchant base, Chaitanya was promoted to Associate Vice President of Sales and Operations. In 2013, he was made Vice President of Sales and operations in the APAC territory, and served as Board member of the Mobile Ecosystem Forum (MEF) Asia.
VP CLM & Enterprise Solutions
Aditya joined IMImobile in May 2009, after previously working at organisations such as Deutsche Bank and Janalakshmi. As Vice President of CLM & Enterprise Solutions, Aditya’s key responsibilities include managing the road-map and end-to-end implementation of solutions to IMImobile’s enterprise client base. Aditya holds degrees from IIM Ahmedabad and IIT Madras.

Ashwani Raj Chadha
Ashwani heads IMImobile’s MEA business and is responsible for telecom business in Middle East and Africa Region. Joining IMImobile in April 2006, Ashwani has helped to define the direction of the business and the implementation of the business plan in order to increase IMImobile’s client base. Ashwani has over 15 years of experience in working in the mobile industry, previously working for Siemens Public Communication Network Pvt. Ltd. India and Mitsui & Co., India Pvt. Ltd.
CEO Archer Digital, Africa
Ross has been instrumental in developing the MMS channel in South Africa, especially around its adoption in the credit provision, lending, and banking sectors. Ross was involved in developing some of the first successful e-commerce platforms in South Africa. He has worked with myriad media agencies and corporate multinationals in developing and streamlining digital and mobile offerings. His current responsibilities revolve around ensuring the continued success of Archer South Africa, and assisting in the global expansion of the organization.

SVP Global Marketing
Matt is an experienced senior marketer and general manager, bringing to IMImobile over 20 years of experience in international marketing, product management and business development. He joined IMImobile in 2015 from cloud compliance SaaS provider Cognia. Prior he has led triple digit business growth in companies such as Boston-based Lavastorm Analytics, MDS, Colibria and as a founding executive of service delivery platform pioneer Elata. Matt has also held senior roles at Qualcomm, HP, BT Global, Orange and Parametric Technology. He has a degree in business studies and a professional marketing qualification from the CIM.
VP - Global Alliances
Nir brings to IMImobile over 20 years of experience in partner management and business development in the global technology market. Joining IMImobile in 2015, Nir’s focus is on building, developing and expanding the business’s alliance and partnership strategy to increase revenue, grow market share and enable transformation. Previously, he led strategic alliances and partner enablement efforts at ClickSoftware and SAP as a Director of Strategic Partner Initiatives. Nir holds a B.A. in Business and information systems from the College of Management – Academic Studies in Israel.
Alex is VP of Marketing at IMImobile. He is an experienced marketer and mobile marketing veteran, responsible for the implementation of the business’s marketing strategy. He is playing a key role in the development of IMImobile’s position as a global software provider. With over 10 years of experience of working within the mobile industry, he has previously worked with clients such as Coca-Cola, Lufthansa, Nokia and McDonalds. Since 2011, he has been a UK Board Member of the Mobile Marketing Association (MMA). Alex holds a BA degree in Marketing & Communications.

SVP - Product Management
Sudarshan has been with IMImobile since 2008 and is responsible for product strategy, roadmap definition and product delivery. He has over 16 years of experience in bringing new technology products to market. Prior to joining IMImobile, Sudarshan held product management and engineering positions at Siebel Systems and Oracle in Silicon Valley. He holds a MBA from the Haas School of Business, U.C. Berkeley and a MS degree with specialization in computer science.

Aseem leads the cloud products area for IMImobile covering product strategy, roadmaps, and end-to-end service delivery in Europe and North America. He brings more than 15 years of leadership experience of working across multiple digital sectors, including telecom, B2C ecommerce and B2B Software. Prior to IMImobile, Aseem co-founded and built one of the largest online aggregators of tours and activities globally- isango!, a leader in the $150Bn tours and activities sector, which is now part of TUI Travel Plc post acquisition in 2013. After his MBA from INSEAD in 2000, Aseem joined Cluster Consulting, a telecom focused strategy and operations consulting firm, now part of PWC.

As the Senior Vice President of Digital Tim is responsible for content licensing, European managed services and content operations. Previously, Tim was Managing Director of DX3 Technologies, one of the original digital service providers in Europe, acquired by IMImobile in 2008. Tim also served as Director of Business Development for eLabs at Universal Music International, where he was responsible for identifying and reviewing opportunities for digital distribution across new platforms.
VP - Technical
Richard was Head of Technical at WIN PLC, before the company was acquired by IMImobile in 2010. As IMImobile’s Technical Director, Richard is responsible for operations, infrastructure, software and hardware development both at the enterprise and cooperate levels within Europe. Richard brings over 20 years of experience to the company, holding previous positions with organisations such as Northgate Solutions, Capita and BAE.
VP - CMS
Badri is responsible for infrastructure, project management, software and hardware development. Badri joined the IMImobile team in 1999. He has played a key role in building the IMIdigital product. What started as an in-house product, is now deployed across major mobile operators worldwide. Badri is an engineer graduate specalised in electronics and communication.
VP Global Service Delivery
Sunil is an information technology specialist, with 24 years of experience in growing and managing operations at all stages of service delivery. Sunil has previously held key positions at Aircel, VoiceGate, Reliance and Larsen & Toubro, working across presales, user acceptance, in-life support management and validation services. For the last nine years he has been spearheading the Service Delivery and Testing team at IMImobile.

Jason joined IMImobile in August 2013, and has accumulated over 17 years of experience in the software development industry. His main focus at IMImobile is the effective operational management of software delivery teams, including: project management, design, architecture, development, QA and support services. Jason has added significant value to the business, increasing sales and profits through improvement to the overall customer experience and product quality. Jason has a degree in computer science, and has previously held positions at Hotlizard, OPP Ltd., and Ciber.
Rama Krishna Balapalle
VP - Networks
Rama Krishna has been with IMImobile since 2001. He heads the largest product development team within IMImobile and is responsible for delivery of products across the entire spectrum of the company’s portfolio, from core messaging and voice infrastructure to platform and business applications. He holds a bachelor’s degree in management and has also completed a program in managing software development from the prestigious IIM Calcutta.
