Why am I being charged by IMImobile?

IMImobile only provides a technical infrastructure between mobile operators and content or service providers (similar to your broadband provider). You would not have been charged directly by IMImobile, instead you would have been charged by the content or service providers who run the services (similar to shopping online when you buy items on Ebay).

Why have I received a charge on my bill?

There may be a number of reasons why you have received charges on your bill, it may be from a subscription service that you have signed up for, or a one off service that you, or someone from your handset has accessed. If you would like to fill out the above form, one of our customer care team will be able to advise you further as to why you have been charged.

How does IMImobile deal with enquiries?

Based on your information provided (please ensure you provide the mobile number affected) we will identify the actual content or service provider. Our customer service team will also provide you with the details of the service provider behind the service so you can contact the organisation to discuss your enquiry.
