Organised by The Drum, the awards identify the best work being done in mobile across the UK and will award those who are delivering effective strategies and campaigns.
The British Gas Appointment Reminder Service is shortlisted under the Professional Services Mobile Strategy/Campaign category. The service uses IMImobile’s suite of mobile CRM technologies to help British Gas reduce the number of missed appointments whilst increasing customer service.
