IMImobile, a leading provider of core technology infrastructure for mobile operators, collected two awards at the World Vendor Awards last night in London. IMImobile won the “Best Outsourcing Initiative” award for outstanding results that its DaVinci Evolved Service platform delivered to MTN Group. Vishwanath Alluri, IMImobile CEO, won “CEO of the Year” for his work in evolving IMImobile into a “global powerhouse” according to the judges.
On receiving the award the World Vendor Award judges commented on IMImobile’s exceptional service delivery for MTN was driven by its desire to innovate: “The winner demonstrated top-line growth for operators through service innovation and delivery speed, rather than operational savings.”

Vishwanath expressed his gratitude to the global mobile community on the win: “At IMImobile, we are thrilled to have won the “Best Outsourcing Initiative” award. Our DaVinci platform has helped MTN deliver great services, a compelling user experience for its subscribers, as well as boosting ARPU and reduced CAPEX.”
Vishwanath was awarded “CEO of the Year” as a result of an industry wide vote.
